Launch of Science of Spirituality AYUDH Pune 2025-2026

The Foundational Course on Sanatana Dharma, titled “Science of Spirituality,” was launched in Pune, Maharashtra for AYUDH members. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Swamini Pavanamrita Prana, Principal of Amrita Vidyalayam; Brahmacharini Amritatmika Chaitanya and Brahmacharini Niseema from the AYUDH National Coordination Team; Mr. Shekhar Kulkarni, Mentor of AYUDH Pune; and Ms. Amrita Sinha and Ms. Athira Aravind, Program Managers from the Office of Youth Empowerment.

The course aims to provide students with a strong foundation in Sanatana Dharma, empowering them to face life’s challenges with clarity, wisdom, and purpose, while realizing the relevance of spirituality in their everyday lives.

The program began with an orientation session introducing the course structure and registering participants, with around 140 AYUDH members enrolling for the first batch. The sessions on the subsequent days were lively and interactive, featuring games, discussions, and group activities that made learning both enjoyable and experiential.

Through real-life examples and youth-centered dialogues, participants reflected on how spirituality connects to daily living and discovered how the timeless wisdom of Sanatana Dharma offers practical guidance for modern life. Quizzes and reflective exercises encouraged deep self-inquiry, while Amma’s stories and teachings inspired the students to internalize and live her message of balance, compassion, and inner strength.
