AYUDH Pune Science of Spirituality Phase 3 Post 1 2026

The participants of the AYUDH “Science of Spirituality” Course in Pune, Maharashtra continued their journey of spiritual learning with a new unit focused on the science and significance of image worship, symbols, and festivals in Sanatana Dharma, where interactive discussions and engaging activities helped them understand the deeper spiritual meaning behind image worship and rituals.

Interesting games and group activities added excitement and made the learning process joyful and lively. The participants also learned about the significance of temple worship and explored the uniqueness of Amma's Brahmasthanam Temples and their spiritual importance in daily life.

As part of the practical learning experience, the participants practiced the powerful “Ma Om” meditation within the Brahmasthanam temple premises, allowing them to experience peace, devotion, and inner silence firsthand. The sessions created a beautiful blend of spiritual knowledge, reflection, and joyful learning for everyone involved.
