AYUDH Pune Science of Spirituality Phase 2 Post 2 2026

Phase2 of the "Science of Spirituality" (SoS) course continued with renewed energy in Pune, stretching both imagination and intellect as the discussion explored the fascinating concept of time—questioning whether it is truly linear, what reality is according to spirituality, and what ideas like wormhole theory suggest about it. Through stories, videos, and scientific insights, participants encountered perspectives that challenged their usual understanding of reality.

The blend of ancient wisdom and modern scientific thought sparked curiosity and deep discussion. Many shared how these insights broke their fixed notions about identity, time, and existence itself, opening their minds to a much larger view of life and the universe.

The participants carried forward their poster presentations on Divinity in Nature, exploring how the sacred is present in every aspect of creation. Their ideas reflected creativity, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for the truth that everything around us is interconnected.

From there, the sessions moved into something even more mind-opening, the science of consciousness. The powerful mahavakya “Tat Tvam Asi” — You are That, became the central theme, encouraging participants to reflect on the idea that the same universal consciousness exists in all beings.

Learning about Amma- the embodiment of practical Vedanta, reveals to the participants a life rooted in the truth of seeing the same Self in all beings. Amma's life stands as a reminder that spirituality is not merely a philosophy, but something to be lived every day through love, service, and a deep sense of oneness.

Another step deeper. Another layer uncovered in week1 at Pune
