AYUDH Mumbai Organized SOS 2025

AYUDH volunteers from Mumbai continue their journey through the “Science of Spirituality” course, creating an inspiring and insightful space for them to connect the timeless wisdom of Sanatana Dharma to their own lives. With engaging videos and meaningful stories from Amma, participants were able to grasp subtle concepts easily and connect them to their own lives.

To make the learning process more interactive, the AYUDHians took part in group activities and short skits portraying real-life personalities who openly attributed their success to values rooted in Sanatana Dharma. These performances helped the youth recognize how ancient wisdom continues to guide and elevate modern achievements.

The sessions also explored the idea of true success. Instead of viewing success merely as outcomes or recognition, participants were encouraged to reflect on inner growth, consistency, clarity and the goal of life. The course then moved into the profound insights of the ancient rishis, reminding participants that their knowledge surpasses many modern scientific discoveries and continues to illuminate the path to purposeful living. This segment inspired enthusiasm and renewed respect for India’s spiritual heritage. In summary, Week 2 of the SoS sessions in Mumbai beautifully combined learning, reflection, and joyful participation, offering the participants a strong and uplifting foundation to continue their inner journey and deepen their spiritual understanding.
