AYUDH Mumbai Launch of AMRITODHYAAN 2026

We are proud to announce the launch of "AMRITODHYAAN", a new ecological project initiated by AYUDH Mumbai, featuring a dedicated green space—AYUDH Garden—graciously provided at Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Borivali, Mumbai.
In the first phase of the project, on the inaugural Tree Plantation Day, AYUDH Western Suburbs and AYUDH Navi Mumbai came together in the spirit of seva to plant native saplings across the space. Each sapling was thoughtfully protected with an individual fence to support healthy growth and long-term survival. These efforts reflect our deep commitment to nurturing every sapling as it grows into a strong tree that will enrich and sustain the entire ecosystem.
We are especially pleased to share that AYUDH Western Suburbs has taken on the responsibility of weekly care and maintenance of this space and these young trees. This ongoing stewardship ensures that the saplings continue to thrive. The AYUDH teams in Mumbai will also carry out periodic planting activities, expanding this green haven over time.
This project embodies the values of service, sustainability, and unity. It not only restores green cover but also fosters awareness about environmental protection among youth and the wider community.
Amma says, “Let our children plant and nurture the saplings. We must protect plants, trees and every other living being, understanding them to be a part of us. Just as we enjoy the trees planted by people in the past, we too should plant for future generations.”
This quote beautifully captures the spirit of “AMRITODHYAAN”, where every tree planted is a living symbol of care, compassion, and hope for a greener future. We look forward to many more planting days and the steady growth of this "AYUDH Garden"!
