AYUDH Kolkata SOS Phase 2

Participants of the “Science of Spirituality” course in Kolkata reflected on several profound ideas connecting ancient wisdom with modern life. The sessions explored the science of efficient action, emphasizing how clarity of mind and inner balance naturally lead to the practice of Karma Yoga. AYUDH members were inspired by the teachings and videos of Amma as the embodiment of Karma Yoga, demonstrating these principles through Her life of selfless service and compassion.

The course also highlighted the uniqueness of Sanatana Dharma, which encourages inquiry and multiple paths to realization, along with its expansive concept of God as the all-pervading consciousness present in all forms. Participants reflected on the deep relationship between Sanatana Dharma and nature, recognizing nature as sacred and interconnected with human life. A key insight discussed was that the same consciousness exists in all beings, nurturing compassion and unity.

The session also included a thought-provoking puzzle from the Kathopanishad, inviting participants to contemplate its deeper meaning and encouraging introspection and spiritual inquiry.
